Returning for 2026 and hosted at Brickworks Design Studio, the Designers of Brisbane event gathers some of the city’s leading architects and designers for an evening of candid reflection.

Across a series of short, sharp presentations, each speaker unpacks what it really takes to build a design practice. From the moments that tested them to the lessons that only come with experience, expect stories of uncertainty, adaptation, and growth, told with honesty, humour, and a shared understanding of the industry’s realities.

Doors open from 6pm, with presentations followed by a Q&A and networking to round out the night.
