Anyday Celebrates 12-year Anniversary

A lot can happen in 12 years. Jupiter completes one full orbit of the Sun; a child can go through their full schooling; and a powerhouse hospitality group can be born.

Founded by Tyron Simon, Bianca Marchi-Simon, Ben Williamson and Frank Li, Anyday Hospitality has grown from the singular LONgTIME in 2014 to nine distinct culinary cult favourites, including James St’s own Biànca, LOS and sAme sAme, in just 12 years.

Now, Anyday is marking the milestone with 12 Days of Anyday, a two-week birthday celebration running from Monday 28 September to Friday 9 October. Across the group, expect one-off collaborations, exclusive experiences and a daily prize pool designed as a thank you to the people who have eaten, drunk and celebrated with them along the way.

James St gets in on the celebrations twice. On Wednesday 30 September, Biànca joins forces with Tipo 00 and Giorgio De Maria Fun Wines for a special collaboration, before sAme sAme welcomes founding Anyday Chef Ben Bertei back to the kitchen on Tuesday 6 October.

Like any good birthday celebration, there are presents too! Guests who book and dine across participating Anyday venues during the 12 days will automatically go into that day’s prize draw, with everything from pasta masterclasses and chef’s table experiences to a year of weekly date nights up for grabs.
